This Privacy Policy describes how Pharmacore Inc. ("Pharmacore," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 101 Electra, Irvine, CA 92618, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit pharmacore.ai (the "Site") or submit a demo request. It also explains the privacy rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA").
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit our Book a Demo form, we collect the information you enter: your name, work email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your organization, phone number, and message (together, "contact data"). Please do not include patient information or other protected health information in the form — the Site is not intended to collect it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers automatically log basic technical information about visits, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps ("log data"). We use this solely for security and to operate the Site.
Visitor identification service
The Site uses a third-party visitor identification service that runs a script on our pages. The script collects information from your browser and device — such as IP address, device and browser characteristics, the page you viewed, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies — and matches it against the provider's databases to help identify the individuals or organizations visiting our Site so our team can follow up. The provider processes this information under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of this collection — see Section 6.
Third-party fonts
The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google receives your IP address as part of serving the request. Google's practices are described in its own privacy policy.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your demo request and communicate with you about Pharmacore;
- To identify organizations and professionals who visit the Site and follow up with information about Pharmacore;
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. How we share information
We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate protections — for example, our email provider (Google Workspace) which delivers demo requests to our team, our website hosting infrastructure, and the visitor identification provider described in Section 1. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
We do not display third-party advertising and do not use advertising cookies. However, the visitor identification service described in Section 1 involves disclosing browsing information and identifiers to that provider, which may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are broadly defined by the CCPA. California residents can opt out at any time as described in Section 6.
4. Retention
We keep demo-request emails for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and maintain our business records, and server logs for a limited operational period, after which they are routinely deleted or anonymized.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including encrypted transmission (TLS) of form submissions and email delivery. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:
- Right to know — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of recipients;
- Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you;
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — you may opt out of the disclosure of your information to our visitor identification provider by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser (honored automatically — see below) or by emailing adam.brown@pharmacore.ai with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line;
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA through this Site;
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
For reference, the categories of personal information we collect (as defined in Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140) are: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address, cookie identifiers), internet or other electronic network activity information (pages visited, device and browser information), and professional or employment-related information (organization), collected from you, your device, and our visitor identification provider, for the purposes described above. Categories of recipients are our service providers and the visitor identification provider described in Section 1.
How to exercise your rights
Email us at adam.brown@pharmacore.ai or write to Pharmacore Inc., 101 Electra, Irvine, CA 92618. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide against the information we hold (typically your name and email address). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity. We aim to respond within 45 days as the CCPA requires.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
The Site honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal: when your browser sends a GPC signal, the visitor identification script described in Section 1 is not loaded and no browsing information is disclosed to that provider. The Site does not otherwise respond to "Do Not Track" signals, which have no standardized meaning.
Shine the Light
California Civil Code §1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
7. Children
The Site is a business-to-business service directed at healthcare professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
