These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pharmacore.ai website (the "Site"), operated by Pharmacore Inc. ("Pharmacore," "we," "us," or "our"), 101 Electra, Irvine, CA 92618. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site is informational
The Site describes Pharmacore's clinical decision support software and lets you request a product demonstration. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes about our products and services. Access to the Pharmacore application itself is governed by separate agreements between Pharmacore and its customers.

3. Demo requests
When you submit a demo request, you agree to provide accurate contact information and consent to Pharmacore contacting you about your request. Handling of the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not include patient information or other protected health information in the request form.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, page designs, animations, and software — are owned by Pharmacore or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Pharmacore" and the Pharmacore logo are trademarks of Pharmacore Inc. You may view and print Site content for your own informational, non-commercial use; any other use requires our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that violates applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
- interfere with the Site's operation, including through automated high-volume requests, scraping, or the introduction of malicious code;
- submit false, misleading, or unlawful content through the Site's forms;
- use the Site to send unsolicited communications.

The Site may reference or rely on third-party services (for example, hosted typefaces and email delivery). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHARMACORE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pharmacore from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes; severability; entire agreement
We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Pharmacore regarding use of the Site.
