We built Pharmacore with a clear purpose: to help consultant pharmacists spend more time applying their expertise to the care of residents in long-term care.
Developed with practicing pharmacists, our clinical decision support software brings resident context, core recommendations, an AI Clinical Assistant and reporting into one workflow. The pharmacist remains in full control of every clinical decision.
