IRVINE, Calif., October 19, 2026. Pharmacore today announced it has secured funding to expand adoption of its clinical decision support software for medication regimen reviews (MRRs) in long-term care. The investment will support product expansion and onboarding for consultant pharmacists and pharmacy groups, with a focus on reducing repetitive work and creating more time for clinical judgment and resident care. The ultimate goal is to improve monthly medication reviews for the residents pharmacists serve.

Federally mandated monthly medication reviews can involve substantial time manually gathering records, carrying out repetitive checks and preparing documentation. This leaves pharmacists less time to evaluate the findings that matter most to each resident.

Pharmacore brings medication administration records, physician orders and laboratory results into one efficient, structured review workflow. It helps pharmacists identify potential medication-related issues, review suggested recommendations and prepare reports, reducing the need to move information between disconnected tools.

"Pharmacists deserve software that makes this essential work easier. Our aim is simple: give clinical judgment its time back," said Dave Robbins, co-founder and CEO of Pharmacore. "This investment will help us expand the product further and support more pharmacists as they adopt Pharmacore."

Built with practicing pharmacists who have decades of experience, Pharmacore is designed to reduce repetitive work while keeping pharmacists in control of every clinical decision. Pharmacists can compare system-generated suggestions with their own recommendations, edit them, add findings and decide what to accept or reject before completing each review.

"We built Pharmacore around the work pharmacists do every month," said Tim Merritt, PharmD, co-founder of Pharmacore. "Our aim is to reduce the time spent assembling information and documenting reviews, so pharmacists can focus on the findings that need their attention."
